ㅤㅤArthur Vincent Louis is a prince born out of wedlock before he was included in the Haven royal house. His mother, a princess from Haven had an affair with a local medium back in the days, in which they fell in love and had been amorous in a secret affair only for so long. When Arthur's existence was forced to be acknowledged, the Haven household had a hard time accepting him due to the fact that Arthur is a child of a lowlife birth. "Son of a charlatan!" is what his Late grandfather had once claimed.
ㅤㅤHis birth in the end resulted to a maternal death, and his grandfather immediately denied his existence from the Haven household. Arthur was then taken out of the Haven and was raised by his Late father Edgar Louis and his foster mother, Elise, outside of Cilia. Arthur was raised well like a prince, his eloquent manner and benevolent qualities was something that Edgar had emphasized on ever since he was a child. Possessing the blood of her mother, it is inevitable for Arthur to inherit the ability of the house, which is light manipulation.
ㅤㅤHowever, unlike others, the only light that Arthur is allowed to bend to his will is one that is made from the moon. His power awakened during the first eclipse he witnessed at the age of 9. With Edgar who had unexpectedly died and Elise absolutely having no idea on how to help Arthur curbing his growing ability, Elise decided to send Arthur back to the Haven household. Haven, with Queen Lorelai governing the household during the time Elise had relied about Arthur's presence, took Arthur in with open arms.
